> 本地优先的开源 RAG：FAISS/zvec 向量检索、重排、引用溯源、SSE 流式问答与 Vue3 Web 控制台。业务 API 前缀 `/api`。社区版 MulanPSL-2.0；完全离线需配置本地模型并核对外部依赖。本地优先不等于默认完全离线。

面向需要把制度、手册与项目资料做成可检索、可引用问答的团队。本站提供安装、配置、硬件建议与 API；产品选型、场景方案与商业支持见门户。

引用归因便于人工复核，不宣称「零幻觉」。社区版可自助获取源码与文档；企业适配、培训与实施按服务范围另行约定。
